Principal's Message

Welcome to Rotella Interdistrict Magnet School where “It STARts with the Arts!”

Rotella opened in 2000 with the commitment to provide a high-quality elementary education through an arts-integrated curriculum.  The arts provide meaningful opportunities for students to make connections across subjects, solve problems creatively, and discover their unique talents. Students participate in the creation, performance, and evaluation of dance, music, theater, media arts, and visual arts. Our students are curious, creative, and filled with desire to meet new challenges with innovative solutions. Our dedicated teachers and staff work hard to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

A strong partnership between home and school is one of the greatest influences on a child's success. I encourage you to get involved in our school community by joining our PTO, attending school events, and taking an active role in your child's education.  We value the trust you place in us and thank you for choosing our arts-integrated magnet school.
